First off, let's remember, a lot of scientific analysis we read is influenced by those who push "climate change", this could be another example.

But, otoh, undoubtedly, I guess, events have conspired to eliminate some animals in history.

I'll bet that this happened because of the Mammoths dependence on fossil fuels....
