Is Trump done talking yet?

Is #NeverTrump done dreaming about Ted Cruz yet?

(Hint to all the wonderful friends on this thread: Cruz lost the nomination. Donald Trump just accepted the nomination, and therefore Ted Cruz is mathematically eliminated as the 2016 Republican nominee for president. Don't bother thanking me for cluing you folks in)

For those of you who missed it, this thread on Twitter keeps getting better and better. (I wonder if Saturday Night Live will touch this?)

America needs no words from me to see how your decision in Roe v. Wade has deformed a great nation. The so-called right to abortion has pitted mothers against their children and women against men. Human rights are not a privilege conferred by government. They are every human being's entitlement by virtue of his humanity. The right to life does not depend, and must not be declared to be contingent, on the pleasure of anyone else, not even a parent or a sovereign. -Blessed Mother Teresa of Calcutta

Cruz?

I don't give a rat's ass about Cruz.

I'm not voting for Trump, and that's what I mean by #NeverTrump.

OMG to be lectured by someone a part of the lynch mob about critical thinking is enough to boggle he mind.  I have seen no evidence of critical thinking on well over 100 posts in the lynch mob alternate thread.  I see why it was created to keep a sane area for people who are really interested in listening and evaluation.

It sure doesn't happen here.

So put me on your ignore list, it would be an honor.
If you really want to be ignored, I have a suggestion: don't post. That saves so many people the hassle of adding you to their list. But there are those of us who like troll hunting, so we won't.
By the way, your boy lied about my candidate from Iowa on, full court press, well timed market area targeted slanders and smears of a personal nature, unsubstantiated, but damaging nonetheless. If you call that "winning", I suppose you would call dealing seconds and bottom cards or playing with a marked deck winning. That would put one step below a cattle rustler in these parts.
This isn't a lynch mob, by any stretch of the imagination. We're not looking to hang anyone. As far as Trump is concerned, he has been thoroughly examined by many posters here and found wanting, just not an appropriate candidate for the job. Before you go all gaga with the 'you must support Hillary' crap, nope, we don't want her either, and we are as tired of that stupid canard as we are of Cankles. Obviously, your opinion (for whatever reason) varies, but you won't change ours by badgering us with bullshit. Have a nice day.

Remember: The carpal tunnels you save might be your own.

My candidate never...

praised Obama
supported amnesty
praised "Stimulus"
praised bailouts
praised ethanol subsidies
support eminent domain for corporate gain
supported corporate welfare
said women needed to be treated like $#@!
supported government-run healthcare
praised Planned Parenthood
supported present abortion laws
donated money to Hillary Clinton
donated money to Clinton Foundation
donated money to Charlie Rangel
donated money to Rahm Emmanuel
donated money to Bill deBlasio
owned a strip club
hosted porn convention
said Scott Walker should have raised taxes
avoided taxes through crooked scheme
turned on criminal partner when caught
declared bankruptcy
supported common core
supported assault weapons ban
supported long wait times for 2nd amendment
controlling and shutting down parts of internet
wanted new libel laws against free press
said gay marriage was "law of the land"
said we should not side with Israel
associated with mafia figures
hosted birthday parties for mafia kid
spent Christmas Eve with George Soros
paid a $10 million fine for money laundering
boasted about paying off politicians for favors
ripped off family members inheritance
never said he'd get away with killing someone on 5th avenue
encouraged his supporters to punch protesters
promised to make deals with Democrats if elected
promised a wall with a great big door for amnesty
said he could change positions any time he wanted
flip-flopped on common core in 3 minutes

Seventeen Techniques for Truth Suppression

Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.

So you think, Trump appealing to the 40% that is for him is hitting it out of the park? His job was to get about 11% more. Since the majority of us on this thread are at least conservatives, you had better hope your guy appealed to a greater percentage of his liberal base.

In other words no, you don't listen to yourself.  Shame, you really should.

Are you in third grade?

"I know you are but what am I?  I know you are but what am I?"

Let me clue you in.  For the last six months, I have been listening to Trump and his supporters recite lie after lie after lie about Ted Cruz and his family - all without a shred of evidence.  And it hasn't stopped.  The lies keep on coming.  So to hear you, a Trump supporter, request others not to make accusations without evidence is the very pinnacle of hypocrisy and deceit.

You mean, like the bunch that booed Ted Cruz last night?

No I mean the people on the alternate thread here the last three days.

Booing Ted Cruz or anyone else at this type event hardly represents mob, it happens at sports events and large events all the time.

No big deal.

And in reality all the group think here is pretty meaningless also.

But have a nice evening, as I said earlier I am.

Ah such pain you are in.  You know I am in the 3rd grade, that's kind of silly don't you think?

As to lies you need to ask Ben Carson what he thinks of lying Ted.

And as the other poster asked you, do you read your own stuff?

Hey y'all... while the new boss (same as the old boss) bloviates, I have a question... I saw a graphic floating around the board this morning which was a 'shop of the Trump family photo at Ted Cruz's speech last night. The pic had been cut into four and a though balloon added to each person, culminating in The Donald's thought of "He uses big words."  I wanted to show it to the Mrs. but of course now I can't find it... can anyone provide a link or a copy of it?

Thanks, now back to your regularly scheduled ranting...

So did I miss it or did he not mention the Constitution, limited government, maximizing individual liberty, staying true to values, or any of the fundamental Conservative principles?

Oh I forgot, those came up in the speech last night- they were booed.

He didn't say how he would deliver on any of his extravagant promises. And there were many BIG government promises. Now they are playing "All right now" by Free- an entirely family friendly tune as his family gathers on stage.  :silly:

Nah.  People having a good time don't try to ruin it.  You're here looking to spark something.

So, here, something sparked:
