Could this be because in an overwhelming number of cases its blacks endangering blacks?
That's right. DiBlasio says that "Young men of color live in fear all the time". Perhaps that's true. But my sympathies are with children of color, women of color and old folks of color, who live in fear all the time because of young men of color.
