As pointed out several times already, the PAC that put that out isn't a pro-Cruz PAC.  The founder, Liz Mair actually opposes Cruz as well. She first supported Perry, then Rubio. The PAC is focused on eliminating Trump and says to vote for whomever is competitive against him in a specific State.

If you have proof Cruz communicated with Liz Mair's PAC about this, post it. I'm sure your proof of illegal coordination would be breaking news.
