11 ISIS Terrorists Killed In Southern Russia

Breaking News -The Committee for State Security said on Sunday that its anti-terrorism forces had killed 11 terrorist in raids in southern Russia. The Terrorists, who had sworn allegiance to the Islamic State were killed in a special operation in a southern Russian republic, Russian news agencies reported.
Their Statement read as follows: “During the active phase of a special operation near Nalchik, according to preliminary information, 10 Terrorists were neutralized,” the committee said, Interfax reported.
“They were all members of armed groups that had sworn allegiance to the international terrorist organization ISIS.”
Sources said the firefight between police and the terrorists took place early Sunday morning in the woodlands adjacent to Nalchik, Russia, where a counter-terrorist operation was announced on Saturday. A unit searching an area near the city spotted a group of terrorists in a dug-out.
The area was then blocked off, and anti-terrorist units surrounded the bunker. The Terrorists were advised to surrender, but the group answered with gun fire from automatic weapons and threw several grenades.
The first skirmish with the terrorists ended with five dead. But the terrorists still refused to surrender and after an additional fire-fight that lasted several minutes, a remaining 6 were killed according to, National Counter-Terrorist Committee reports.
By 1:00 p.m. Moscow time, the head of the Federal Security Service (FSB) office in Kabardino-Balkaria said the operation was completed in the area around Nalchik and the neighboring Cherek municipal. The agency reported that there were no casualties among law enforcement or special services.
