I can't tell..is the rubber nipple part in his mouth?...doesn't matter it is still gross...and Biden is just nuts!

Fortunately, no. The part that goes in the baby's mouth is still sticking out, I think. It's the handle Joe has in his mouth.

It's still gross, though.
