President Trump questioned Saturday morning why the FBI had not provided conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch and others with text messages of former Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe, warning he “may have to get involved.”

“Why isn’t the FBI giving Andrew McCabe text massages to Judicial Watch or appropriate governmental authorities. FBI said they won’t give up even one (I may have to get involved, DO NOT DESTROY). What are they hiding? McCabe wife took big campaign dollars from Hillary people......,” Trump tweeted Saturday morning. “.....Will the FBI ever recover it’s once stellar reputation, so badly damaged by Comey, McCabe, Peter S and his lover, the lovely Lisa Page, and other top officials now dismissed or fired? So many of the great men and women of the FBI have been hurt by these clowns and losers!”

He needs to get involved and declassify ALL of this stuff for starters!  Then fire Mueller and Rosenstein for sure!

Well, the leftists and their media flunkies are who controls the "message" that Trump's getting involved will send.  Which is, natch, what they are counting on.... in order to drag this fiasco out until the midterms (and hopefully even longer).

It's a you know what (rhymes with dusterduck ...lol).  The only question is... will Trump be Trump and do it anyway....?   Remains to be seen, at this point.   :shrug:

A full release of information would be the exact opposite of obstruction.  The reason why he’s not getting involved directly, is because there isn’t anything devastating to know.  If there was something important to be known, it would be released.  In the meantime, the uncertainty gives him the issue and control of the narrative.

Except that.... it would remove all doubts from anyone (not on the rabid left side) that might be having them on this issue.  You know... people that may be trying to make up their minds how to vote this November.   I'm a fan of total transparency here.... but I think Trump is or may be afraid for some reason...?
