@Kamaji I have a black and white long-haired "Tuxedo cat",and I honestly thought she was the only cat in the world that sleeps flat on her back. If the light is on,she will cover her eyes with one paw.
She's not really in much danger of attack from the other cats,though. Mostly because her belly fur is so thick they would have a hard time reaching skin,and because she has massive paws and claws.
I have zero doubt her ancestors lived in the far north somewhere. Her paws are like snow shoes.
