I am not so sure that is true. Kids seem to hate/dislike/not trust anyone different than they are. For example,there are damn few 8 year old boys that like playing with girls.

Or the crap redheads with freckles have to put up with when they are small,children that stutter,etc,etc,etc.

I think this is a deeply embedded survival code in the human genes. People that look or speak different than you might be dangerous,so you avoid them if possible and attack them if you can't.

This,of course,changes in just a few years,and all they can think about is "playing" with girls.

Never knew a little kid to distrust/hate another kid just because of skin color difference except if they had been taught that by their family members or others in their community. We lived overseas when I was growing up, and the first time I encountered it was in the equivalent of middle school in Mexico City.
