Mrs. Lando is the master of the bedtime ambush.  I can have my face washed, teeth brushed, pajamas on, pillows all fluffed... and she'll say, "Can we talk?", or worse yet, "We need to talk."

My sister is coming for a visit.
(When he's searching for something to watch on TV) What's on the cooking channel?
Could you pick me up some makeup while you're at the store?

And the one he dreads the most:
