His body remains in a private room at GWU Hospital while the US taxpayer covers the bill.  We have a right to know if our tax money is being wasted here.

Is there a reporter anywhere in Washington who has the investigative creds to actually do their job?  Where is the British tabloid press when you need them?  Surely, someone can gain access to his room and snap off a few photos.

I had a lot of respect for Jennings. He just threw it all away.  So sad....

Right!  Why is it so hard for a local gumshoe to do just that?  Heck, what happened to all the "Kolchak"-type beat reporters in that profession?  Too much trouble to leave their cubes anymore?
