Classic “assertiveness training.” She either paid a shit-ton of taxpayer money for an actual trainer, or she sat through hours of Online YouTube or Audible recordings to prep for this ten-second moment.

At the NATO Summit, Iceland’s Prime Minister tried to make a statement when she reached President Trump in the receiving line. Instead of a quick handshake and move along, she locked eyes with him and held the stare, refusing to look away first.
The close-up footage shows her stepping up, extending her hand, and then fixing her gaze on Trump without breaking contact. Trump, for his part, didn’t flinch or look away either. It turned into one of those brief but awkward moments that cameras love to catch.
