I fear this is a little disingenuous.

I see a Mexican flag behind it.  I see it is meant for the soccer nonsense right now.  Which one could argue, is ok.

otoh, based on this perfect photo, it would seem they’re supporting all their favored foreign groups, such as illegals and Moslems put upon by evil Trump….

Yes, they wrapped the cars in the flags of World Cup participants (for some unknown and extravagant reason), although I don't know whether it was all participating nations.
