I swept the site for your comments. I have to admit, I’m curious.
What exactly is it that you do believe in? Because reading through your posts, I’m having trouble finding it. You criticize the current administration for just about everything they do, then somehow manage to criticize them for the things they don’t do too.
That's easy enough...I'm a Goldwater/Reagan limited government, free market, low-tax Conservative but a National security hawk. I firmly believe in doing unto America's enemies before they do unto us. I distinctly remember what the Soviets had planned for us in the 1970s and 1980s, and then the Iranians, the PLO, and finally Al Qaeda in the 1980s and 1990s. In fact, I was in Boston on 9/11 and was very nearly on one of the hijacked planes out of Logan before a work engagement changed my schedule that Tuesday morning. So yeah, I'm all about destroying our enemies before they kill us, and right now, that's the Iranians, the Rooskis, and the ChiComs.
That’s a pretty impressive ideological juggling act.
How so? I distinctly remember Operations Operation Eldorado Canyon and Praying Mantis in the 1980s, which is pretty much the same thing going on today, just on a much larger scale. I supported those back then, and I support blasting the hell out of Iran now, and also in helping the Ukrainians stop the Russians cold in Eastern Europe, and holding the ChiComs back from the western Pacific.
So I have to ask: what’s the actual position here? Is there a principle underneath all the outrage, or is the outrage the whole point?
Asked and answered, counsel.
And one more thing… why are you here? Did every other corner of the internet finally run out of room for your commentary, or did you just decide this was the lucky site that needed the full experience?
I'm here just to make your life interesting, ace!
