DOJ sues Mass., R.I. to end in-state tuition for noncitizens
By Darryl Coote

June 30 (UPI) -- The Trump administration has filed lawsuits challenging Massachusetts and Rhode Island laws that offer in-state tuition benefits to certain undocumented immigrants, alleging they unlawfully discriminate against U.S. citizens.

The lawsuits announced Monday are the latest the Justice Department has filed against state laws that offer in-state rates, financial aid or scholarships to certain undocumented immigrants who meet state residency or education requirements, which generally consist of living in the state for a number of years and attending high school there.

Justice Department lawyers allege these laws are illegal because they offer noncitizens benefits denied to U.S. citizens from other states.

Cease all Federal funding to these states immediately.

When there is no money to be made by employers, schools, and NGO's off illegal alien foreigners, this nonsense will stop.

Blue jurisdictions are able to support Sanctuary policies because of the fiscal subsidies and backstops provided by the Federal Government.

The US Dept of Education should not allow Federal loans and grants to students of colleges and universities that provide tuition-relief to illegal alien foreigners.

A college education is a privilege, not a right.

There are more states than just those two offering in-state Tuition deals to illegal aliens.  Arizona does that too.  A student from New Mexico pays a much higher rate than an illegal alien from Old Mexico.

I will NOT comply.

Translated to American by the Googles ...

Moderators! Please explain to me why I am being called to this conversation, as if I had participated in it, when in reality I was not present!

I think it was Latin ... didn't quite look like Spanish (Castillian), Portuguese, or Italian ... but had similarities to all three.

Seems like someone has done some fancy school learning stuff.

Moderators! Please explain why I’ve been summoned to this thread as though I participated in it, when in fact I’ve had nothing to do with it.
