Stephen Miller Unloads on Birthright Citizenship for Babies Born to Illegals as Supreme Court Weighs Decision in Landmark Case (VIDEO)

by Cristina Laila Jun. 25, 2026 6:20 pm

Top White House advisor Stephen Miller went off on birthright citizenship for babies born to illegal aliens on Thursday evening as the Supreme Court weighs the landmark decision.

Stephen Miller weighed in on the pending birthright citizenship case after the Supreme Court gave the Trump Administration two wins in immigration cases on Thursday.

Stephen Miller argued that the reconstruction amendments after the Civil War were to ensure that the children of slaves would be given citizenship.

“The author of the 14th Amendment was clear in saying it did not apply to aliens! There should be a 9-0 ruling in a functioning democracy!” Stephen Miller said.

The problem isn't as much as giving citizenship to babies born to illegals.  The problem is that we not only continue to allow those illegals to remain here and avoid prosecution, but we also start handing out to them massive amounts of free shit.

Stop handing out free shit to the parents.  Start prosecuting, convicting, and sentencing to prison people in this country illegally.  And you will find that birthright citizenship no longer matters.
If a political party does not have its foundation in the determination to advance a cause that is right and that is moral, then it is not a political party; it is merely a conspiracy to seize power.     -Dwight Eisenhower-

"The [U.S.] Constitution is a limitation on the government, not on private individuals ... it does not prescribe the conduct of private individuals, only the conduct of the government ... it is not a charter for government power, but a charter of the citizen's protection against the government."     -Ayn Rand-
