EXCLUSIVE: ICE Arrests Suspected Tren de Aragua Gangbanger Repeatedly Released in Sanctuary New York

A dangerous illegal alien unleashed into the U.S. by the Biden regime and shielded by officials in New York has been apprehended after racking up several arrests in the sanctuary state, Border Hawk can exclusively report.

On May 24, Immigration and Custom Enforcement (ICE) Buffalo’s Fugitive Operations Team officers and U.S. Marshals Service deputies arrested Jairo Antonio Molina Moron, 38, during a targeted operation in Albion, a town in Orleans County.

Molina Moron, a Venezuelan national with suspected ties to Tren de Aragua, faces local charges for felony assault with intent to cause physical injury with a weapon or instrument but had been released from custody by officials who ignored an ICE detainer.

He was set loose in the U.S. in 2023, although it is unclear if he entered illegally or took advantage of Biden era parole programs open to Venezuelans at the time.

In December 2024, Molina Moron was arrested in New York City for assault with intent to cause physical injury but the charges were dropped.
