Last year, the House passed the No Rogue Rulings Act, reining in federal district judges and ending their ability to issue injunctions outside of the parties involved in a case.

John Thune has sat on it for 439 days.

He has done absolutely nothing to get it passed in the Senate.

In the span of 24 hours, a federal judge ruled that a governor can’t be investigated for helping illegal aliens stealing taxpayer money evade the law.

Then a foreign-born judge named Sparkle ruled the government can’t verify whether those same illegal aliens are voting illegally.

Then another judge ruled taxpayers must buy illegal aliens and their anchor babies all the junk food they can cram into their shopping carts.

That happened. In that order.

We can either have a country or out-of-control judges, but we can’t have both.

Judge Sparkle L. Sooknanan blocked President Trump's SAVE citizenship verification system.

It appears she kept her Trinidadian citizenship and pledged renunciation only “if required by law.”

If judges can stop Presidents, they should not also be citizens of foreign nations.

🚨 BREAKING: It was just confirmed that Obama Judge Judith Levy spared illegal alien Edys Díaz a harsh sentence after he R*PED and SODOMIZED a woman with cerebral palsy and cognitive delays - dragged her into an apartment building's laundry room.

He may be released in 2.5 YEARS.

This judge praised the monster for "family devotion and willingness to perform work that it claimed Americans find undesirable."

He was sentenced 3 years ago, but the judge is refusing to add on time to his sentence for immigration crimes.

Somebody should ask John Roberts if this is one of his "hardworking non-political" judges.  If the fence comes down because of this absurd ruling and encroachment of the Executive Branch then the judge's U.S. Marshal protection needs to be taken away too.
