 Excerpt:

A wife’s worst fears were confirmed after she secretly installed a hidden camera in her Gulf War veteran husband’s room at a federal facility in Montrose, New York. The footage is sickening.

Albert O’Toole served in the Gulf War. An explosion there left him with a traumatic brain injury. Years later, he was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. His wife, Angela Sangro, placed him in the federally run facility hoping he would be safe and cared for. Instead, she watched his condition deteriorate rapidly — heavy medication, unexplained injuries, and a sharp decline that didn’t make sense.

Concerned, she put a camera in his room. What it captured is beyond disgusting.

Video:

The video shows longtime aide Matthew Cox abusing Albert in brutal fashion.

Elder abuse is just as bad as child abuse. Anyone who does these things deserve the same tenfold. It's truly disgusting.
We need to stop this from happening to our veterans.   The caregiver Cox should not still be receiving a federal paycheck and should be in jail awaiting trial!  This is horrific.

If this doesn't make you mad, I doubt anything will.

His wife, Angela Sangro, placed him in the federally run facility .  .  .

Reason #1 why I am against government-run healthcare.
If a political party does not have its foundation in the determination to advance a cause that is right and that is moral, then it is not a political party; it is merely a conspiracy to seize power.     -Dwight Eisenhower-

"The [U.S.] Constitution is a limitation on the government, not on private individuals ... it does not prescribe the conduct of private individuals, only the conduct of the government ... it is not a charter for government power, but a charter of the citizen's protection against the government."     -Ayn Rand-
