A man from Ohio who has been charged in a plot for a terrorist attack at the White House during the UFC Freedom 250 event had built up a stockpile of firearms, ammo, and other weapons ahead of the plot that was ultimately foiled by the FBI, according to authorities.
Tycen Proper, 19, is one of seven men who have been accused of plotting to carry out a terror attack at the June 14 UFC Freedom 250 White House event. The FBI was able to foil the plot after learning about the plot on June 10, just a handful of days before.

It has been revealed that Proper spent $3,000 on weaponry, armor, a shotgun, ammo, and other materials to carry out the attack. He purchased the semi-automatic shotgun on June 5, according to authorities, per Fox News. Proper also purchased an AR-5 5.56 caliber rifle earlier this year on January 13. He allegedly had two stockpiles of firearms.
Along with the shotgun and AR-15 rifle, Proper had emergency bandages, wound seals and gauze, chemical lights, a compass, two tactical headsets, a hatchet, multiple fixed and folding blades, dozens of 12-gauge shells including buckshot and rifled slugs, more than 1,000 rounds of 5.56 ammunition, 13 loaded AR-15 magazines, a battle belt with loaded ammunition pouches, a tactical bump helmet, and three plate carriers loaded with .308-rated ballistic plates.
