'Sickening': Teen athlete says she was sexually assaulted during wrestling match, now takes serious action

WND 6/10/2026

A Washington state girl alleges she was sexually assaulted during a state-sponsored athletic competition, and she now is suing the officials who set up the circumstances allowing the attack.

It happened as part of the state's promotion of transgenderism, in which officials allowed a male to compete in a girls wrestling event, and kept their agenda a secret from parents and event participants.

The victim, Kallie Keller, claims it was at a Washington Interscholastic Activities Association competition in December 2025 that she was paired off, without her knowledge, with a male, who sexually assaulted her during the competition.

The legal team at the ADF is bringing the case against Washington officials on her behalf, and confirmed that, "During the match, the male athlete sexually assaulted her.

"She appeared visibly distressed while competing and tried to communicate what was happening to her mother, who was recording the match."

"The district then told Brown and her daughter that the policy would remain the same. If she returns to wrestling, she can be matched against a male athlete again without notice and over her objection."
