At least some people in Iran are claiming that Trump made the whole thing up. There is no plan to sign a deal on Trump's birthday.

Trump has lost his mind over his stupid 'deal'. He is cursing Israel, coddling Iran, and making up facts to suit his megalomaniacal delusions.
Regardless of what fantasies Trump has dreamed up in his delusional fevered mind, his deal will not change a goddam thing.

The Gulf States may want to know that Trump can be an honest broker in all of this ---- and in Gaza and in expanding commercial agreements.  The US is known to have been Israel's "attorney" through decades of private negotiations and UN votes --- and Israel has been known to take full and public advantage of it.

This ⬆️ is most likely the dynamic Trump is trying to change by telling Israel to stand down.  Netanyahu, the great ally, knows this and continues to play his tired games.  It's a pity peace is Netanyahu's political kryptonite and the next election season has begun.

I'm a geologist with nearly 50 years experience at putting holes in rock. The tunnel isn't the problem.

The problem is what they are drilling into, or haven't you looked that far ahead?

Sixty percent enriched uranium (what they were starting with) is well past reactor fuel grade, (which is only 3%-5% for light water reactors), and hundreds of broken centrifuges have likely released a very significant amount of radiation into the spaces they would be tunneling into. 

The result would be a lot of dead muzzies, which I don't necessarily see as a problem.

President Donald Trump announced Sunday evening that a peace deal between the United States and Iran had been reached after weeks of intense negotiations. According to the president, the deal will allow for the immediate re-opening of the Strait of Hormuz to commercial shipping, while the U.S. will be lifting its counter-blockade on Iranian oil exports that had been in place since April.

Details of the agreement, which has been described as a memorandum of understanding (MOU), include the immediate and permanent termination of military operations on relevant fronts, reopening of the Strait of Hormuz to international shipping, and provisions addressing Iran’s nuclear program in subsequent phases.

According to several reports in recent days, the framework calls for a 60-day ceasefire period, gradual economic measures such as unfreezing portions of Iranian assets and lifting some restrictions on oil exports, while allowing for complex negotiations on Iran’s nuclear program to take place. Trump emphasized that no immediate monetary transfers would occur, which he contrasted with the Obama Administration’s 2015 Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).

President Donald Trump on Sunday announced that the deal with Iran had been finalized before declaring an immediate end to the U.S. blockade of Iranian ports and authorizing the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz to shipping.

“The Deal with the Islamic Republic of Iran is now complete,” Trump wrote on Truth Social before offering "congratulations to all!”

“I hereby fully authorize the toll-free opening of the Strait of Hormuz and, simultaneously, authorize the immediate removal of the United States Naval blockade,” he said.

Nobody is calling this 'memorandum' a 'Peace Deal' except Trump. It is an 'agreement and a memorandum' which is not a deal.
Also, Iran did not sign anything. This is an announcement of nothing. They are supposed to sign it some time in the coming week.
