Declassified CIA files reveal secret weather manipulation projects to 'control world'

Previously top-secret CIA files allege that the US plans to control the world by manipulating the weather.
These documents resurfaced from 1965, and highlighted how this tactic could be use as a weapon of war in the future.
However, it did not specify what chemicals were used in the experiments.
The documents stated that federal funding for weather modification was due to be four times higher in 1967 - the year the US began spraying toxins over Vietnam to cause floods and landslides.
