Karmelo Anthony is the model citizen who took a knife to a high school track meet and tried to sit under the tent belonging to a particular school's team (Anthony was not a member of that team). Track teams take their own canopies to track meets so they may be sheltered from the sun.
When a member of that team, Austin Metcalf, asked him not to sit under the tent, Karmelo gutted him. His family, of course, tried to claim he was the victim of the dead boy's racism and that it all was self-defense.

The Karmelo Anthony Trial starts today.
One of Karmelo’s supporters has already threatened that he will be at the courthouse in a secret sniper position ready to shoot Austin Metcalf’s family/supporters if they confront Karmelo’s family.
For those of you who might be unfamiliar with the case Karmelo Anthony is charged with first degree murder for fatally stabbing Austin Metcalf in the chest over a seating arrangement at a School Track Meet.
Karmelo is claiming self defense but as someone really familiar with the case and details this doesn’t look like self defense to me.
The public school system in Frisco Texas has gone out of its way to protect Karmelo since the incident.
They refused to expel Karmelo despite the fact that he brought a knife to a school event and literally murdered someone. They even let Karmelo graduate.
They also did their best to hide his disciplinary record which included multiple fights and bringing knives to school in the past.
Many in the black community rallied around Karmelo Anthony. They praised him for killing Austin. They raised over a half a million dollars for him and labeled him a hero. They even made T-Shirts with his face on it.
On the other hand Austin Metcalf’s family has been through hell. Karmelo’s supporters targeted Austin Metcalf’s family with a huge harassment campaign.
They sent them edited photos and memes of their dead child. They threatened to kill Austin’s twin brother Hunter. They spread lies about the family. And even swatted the family at least a dozen times.
Now finally the trial is here.
It’s time to get JUSTICE for Austin Metcalf!!!
