???  Early July??? Absolutely ridiculous.  At least there's no way for the DEMS to cheat.  *****rollingeyes*****

Hilton will never catch up.  All of the ballots coming in are Democrat, and by July Steyer will be in second, and Hilton will be out.

We are at the point we need to treat California like an enemy country, and do everything economically possible to destroy it.

Enough of this shit.

The thing about this is that votes tend to retain a similar pattern. You don't have a sudden surge of votes for a Rat candidate so out of proportion to the existing ratios at the most opportune time, to suddenly vault them from third to second place, and then have that happen in to races on the ballot.

Beyond statistically impossible. It can only be manipulated.

It's my understanding that every voting age person in California gets mailed a ballot and probably includes everyone on the voter rolls, dead or not, since they don't seem to purge their voter rolls.  From what I read California won't allow the feds to audit the voter rolls. Whether this includes illegals or not, I don't know, but suspect it does.

So California is saying that the repubs tend to vote early, even though they are mailed ballots the same as other Californians and the dems tend to vote later for some reason.  This makes absolutely zero sense.

@PeteS in CA does everyone get mailed a ballot?  How does that work if you vote in person?  And why would anyone vote in person if they have a ballot in hand at home?  Does the state pay postage to mail the ballot back?

I asked ChatGPT those questions....

California does mail a ballot to every active registered voter, not literally every voting-age resident. The ballot mailing list comes from the voter registration rolls maintained by counties and the state.

A few points that may help explain how it works:

Does everyone get a ballot?

Yes, California generally mails a ballot to every active registered voter for statewide elections.

The key distinction is that receiving a ballot does not mean a vote has been cast. The ballot must be returned and accepted by election officials.

What if someone votes in person?

Election officials track whether a ballot has already been returned.

If you show up to vote in person and have your mailed ballot:

You can surrender the mailed ballot and vote in person.
If you lost it, you can still vote in person after election workers verify your registration status.

The system is designed so that only one vote per voter is counted. If a mailed ballot is already accepted, a second ballot from the same voter is not counted.

Why would anyone vote in person if they already have a ballot?

People choose in-person voting for several reasons:

They prefer the traditional process.
They don't trust the mail.
They want assistance with a ballot.
They need same-day registration or to update information.
They forgot to mail the ballot.
They simply like voting on Election Day.
Does California pay postage?

Yes. California provides prepaid return postage on vote-by-mail ballots, so voters generally do not need to buy a stamp to return their ballot.

What about deceased voters?

Counties are required to remove deceased voters when they receive death records and other official information. No voter roll is perfectly current at every moment because people die, move, or change registrations continuously. It is possible for a ballot to be mailed to someone who recently died if records haven't yet been updated.

However, a ballot being mailed to an address does not mean a vote is counted. Election officials still verify returned ballots before counting them.

Why does vote counting take so long?

California allows:

Mail ballots postmarked by Election Day and received afterward within the legal deadline.
Signature verification on returned ballots.
Voters to "cure" (fix) certain ballot problems.
Processing of millions of mail ballots.

Because of those procedures and California's size, final counts often take much longer than in states that rely more heavily on in-person voting.

As for the claim that Republicans vote earlier and Democrats later, that can vary by election and by the type of voting (mail vs. Election Day). Analysts often look at voting patterns from past elections to make those observations, but the exact reasons are debated and can change from one election cycle to another.

And there we have it!  The Democrats have cheated all the way to the top!

Cheating is legal in California.  Republicans need to get on board if only to showcase the absurdity of it.  I have long said that Republicans need to load up 40 million Republican-marked ballots into some trailers and drop them off at a ballot-counting center.  By law, those ballots have to be accepted, no questions asked.

This essentially is what Democrats have been doing ever since this law was passed.  This is how Democrats turned seven GOP Congressional districts in Orange County into seven Democrat districts.  So stop complaining.  If you don't like the law, then make it work against them.  In November, hit every single Congressional race with millions of these ballots.  Flip every damn district in the State over to the GOP.  Make the Democrats own it.  Make them cry foul over the very law they've been exploiting for almost a decade.

But Republicans won't do that.  Taking action requires work.  They'd rather sit back and rest in their minority status complaining about how Democrats cheat while doing nothing to stop it.
If a political party does not have its foundation in the determination to advance a cause that is right and that is moral, then it is not a political party; it is merely a conspiracy to seize power.     -Dwight Eisenhower-

Haven't confirmed, but have seen several X posts that state that Pratt has won 0 of the last 24,000 votes counted for LA Mayor.

Dims....   We know you are going to cheat, but if you are going to do it, at least infuse some plausibility into it.,

There is nothing ethical or moral about allowing the other side to hold you to a standard that they themselves do not follow.

So if your neighbor cheats on their taxes it's ok if I do?

My neighbor won't complain if I cheat on my taxes.  But if Republicans cheat like Democrats are cheating, they will scream bloody murder.

Again, the point of my scenario is not to cheat.  The point is to show the system is rigged by using their system against them.

@PeteS in CA does everyone get mailed a ballot?  How does that work if you vote in person?  And why would anyone vote in person if they have a ballot in hand at home?  Does the state pay postage to mail the ballot back?

Yes, every registered voter gets a ballot and voter's guides mailed to them. As best I can remember, that has been true since I returned to California and started voting in 1980. Pre-Covid, the voter's guides included the particular voter's poll location and precinct number. During and post Covid, mail-in and drop-off-bin voting was expanded and the latter created. For actual mailing, the return envelopes are postage-paid.

IOW, the opportunities for fraud are not in every registered receiving a ballot by mail, but in the lack of eligibility verification in the registration process, voter rolls not being maintained, and in the allowed timeframe for counting mail-in ballots (the drop-off bins are removed at the close of in-person voting).

For us, we've lived in our current home over 35 years. So our polling places over the years have ranged from someone's garage to a Catholic Church community hall to a community center that used to be part of a now-defunct high school. The drop-off bin nearest us is about 50 yards from our home at a school district office, so I walk over there to deposit our ballots. The bin is chained to the flagpole in front of the office (which used to be an elementary school), so it's reasonably secure (and monitored).

How our past and current procedures compare to those of other states, I do not know. I did not vote when I lived in Arizona, because I expected I would not stay there long-term and did not want to impose elected officials and ballot measures on a state/city in which I probably not be living very long. One voting option some states have that California does not is a single check-off to vote straight party. IMO, no state should have that, as eve one's party of preference will have idiots on the ballot. I've "voted for Snoopy" a few times over the decades.
I am not and never have been a leftist.

Thank you for the first hand information on California voting.

I was an election judge when I was in college here in Texas.  We had to account for every single punch card ballot and we checked every person that came in for their eligibility.  No official was ever left alone with the ballots.  If there was any cheating it was few and far between, if any.

When the media says that republicans vote early and democrats later, how is that even possible since everyone gets a ballot?  Thoughts?

Agree with all that, but what I was pointing toward is that if you got 2 Rat and 1 Rep a couple points apart each with the second Rat in third place, at this point of over 50% votes counted, the 3rd place candidate is not going to just surge past the 2nd place candidate because of an influx of votes. It's numerically impossible.

And it's happened in two races. That can only be manipulation.

It's too bad that Pratt is going to be cheated out of even making the run-off election.  Raman Noodlehead is now within striking distance of overtaking Pratt's lead, so the run-off election will be a choice between the Frick of Bass and the Frack of Noodle!

Democrat Nithya Raman Just 1 Point Away From Knocking Spencer Pratt Out of LA Mayor’s Race After Pratt Railroaded in Latest Ballot Dump – Pratt Responds! (VIDEO)
by Jordan Conradson Jun. 6, 2026 11:30 pm

Another damning ballot dump in the rigged Los Angeles mayor race put Democratic City Councilwoman within striking distance of Spencer Pratt, now trailing by just 1% with nearly 200,000 ballots remaining to be counted.

They’re counting ballots that came in after election day! Who could trust these results?

Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass has already been projected to advance to the November runoff. The top two candidates will advance if no candidate receives more than 50% of the vote.

After the Saturday results came in, Pratt now leads by just 7,494 votes, roughly 1.1% of the total ballots counted. The nearly 200,000 remaining ballots are expected to continue favoring the Democrats.

WATCH:

https://rumble.com/embed/v78qt1w/?pub=4

This comes after Pratt surged with a massive lead over Raman in early vote results on election night.

Analysis of the Saturday vote tally shows that Nithya Raman received more than twice as many votes as Pratt, 23,514 votes to Pratt’s 10,336.

This is not a Federal election...states make their own laws re local elections...

The Elections Clause in Article I of the U.S. Constitution gives states the power to set the “Times, Places, and Manner” of congressional elections. According to a common interpretation, the clause allows states to create “rules concerning public notices, voter registration, voter protection, fraud prevention, vote counting, and determination of election results.”[3] However, the clause also holds that any laws Congress may pass regulating congressional elections would preempt state law.[3]

Honest answer is I don't know. The only string they may have is LA gets federal dollars, but you can guarantee it will be challenged in court.

The only possible alternative is that we'll have to take it for the team and hope SCOTUS will stop the month long election counting.

Can they do that for local City Elections?  This one is begging for it, but this crap is legal in The Peoples Republic of California.

The only other thing I can think of is get things squared for November. Won't help Pratt but might help Hilton.
The Republic is lost.

What makes you think Hilton will win?

Unless California "finds" enough "votes" for Steyer to put him ahead of Hilton, and I have confidence they will.

Don't know if he will, but it could at least be a fair fight.

Hilton is about 330K votes ahead of Steyer. Steyer would have to grab well above 50% of the vote drops to catch him.

I'm not sure they're going to try and pull off that hat trick. They'll wait till November.

They managed to kill off the threat from Pratt that way, so I will put nothing past them.

In some ways I hope they do, they might trigger the very investigation they don't want.

But I don't know the history of federal audits into state and local races, or the legalities, practices, procedures, or process. I hope Cali doesn't have a blank check to do as it pleases.

I don't think the Feds have a constitutional leg to stand on to get involved.  Cali has that blank check and that's not likely to change, even if Congress passes a law to permit the DoJ to do an audit.

The only immediate angle I can see is that these are mail-in ballots, so they used the federal system. They could be examined to see if they were actually mailed, and if all were properly postmarked and processed.

You have a point there, that's Mail Fraud.
