There's a Barack Obama-appointed federal judge in Georgia who is caught up in one of the most embarrassing types of scandals: She's accused of having loudly noticeable sex with a married man, repeatedly, in her chambers.
But that's not why the Department of Justice now has requested that Eleanor Ross be removed from a case.
That is because of an obvious conflict for her, as she once attended an event honoring Fani Willis, who spent millions of dollars unsuccessfully prosecuting President Donald Trump. And the pending case is over election records.
