No she certainly didn't run up on stage or have anyone delay the debating for awhile.  I'll say Jill Biden is either a liar or a drama queen.   00drama

Ambien? That can knock you out and put you in a sound sleep within minutes. I've taken it. There's no way it would be administered prior to an event where you're supposed to be mentally sharp.

Whoopie Goldberg thought Jill should have been Surgeon General. Jill is a Doctor don't you know.  So if Joe was stroking out on stage she would know by just looking at the Check Engine light flashing in Joes eyes..
