New York's Democrat Socialist mayor, Zohran Mamdani, worked as a housing counselor, and a rapper, so he knows the topics on which he's commenting.

When he announced plans to take properties from their owners and give them to tenants.

But it all will be legal, of course. In fact, "aggressive" legal.
