She tailgated him, flipped him off, then cut right in front of him and slammed on her brakes, forcing him to stop hard. Cars behind him almost rear-ended his truck.

Then she got out, walked right up to his window, told him he “should be scared,” and sprayed him directly in the face with pepper spray from just a few feet away.
