Ooooh ... more sternly worded letters.  How about Congress codify it so any legal challenges can withstand court scrutiny?

 Most of Trumps E.O.s have withstood court scrutiny ... when taken above traffic court ..boaesberg level judges. But, it would be nice for Congress to codify for the future.
