150 years ago, they hung a person stealing a loaf of bread, usually the day after being found guilty. We have been a very stupid nation for many years. The time has come to make it a capital crime when one steals or commits fraud that results in say $100,000 or more being taken illegally. And upon being found guilty, limit the condemned to one year to obtain an appeal. And one year and a day, the person is PUBLICLY EXECUTED. And George Carlin's idea to make it Pay per View would help reduce the national debt.
Rather than send thousands of Somalis back to their country of pirates, I say execute them right here in the square of the city they were convicted. I am sure that would result in tens of thousands of other aliens to leave the country, for they would not be comfortable practicing their criminal ways fearful of losing their head!
