What started as brazen theft (or a obnoxious “prank”) ended with the armed citizen calmly drawing his firearm — and the two opportunists suddenly deciding they had somewhere else to be.
The incident, captured on video and shared widely on X, shows the older man calmly shopping when the pair begins rummaging through and removing items from his cart. When he confronts them and tells them to stop, they don’t back down immediately. Instead of escalating into a physical fight or allowing them to steal his groceries, the man does what responsible gun owners are trained to do
