Let's Get Serious: Should Obama ACTUALLY Be Arrested?
The historical record of the Obama presidency is a ledger of criminal activity disguised as progressive evolution. Barack Obama transformed the executive branch from a constitutional office into a weapon of partisan warfare. His tenure established a precedent for the total subversion of the American republic. We are living in the wreckage of a nation he intentionally dismantled to satisfy a radical vision of globalist integration. The immunity he enjoys is a symptom of the systemic corruption he perfected. Jailing Obama is the only way to restore the integrity of the law.
Operation Fast and Furious remains a singular act of state-sponsored homicide. By arming Mexican cartels with over 2000 weapons, the administration facilitated the murder of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry. The Department of Justice under Eric Holder engaged in a protracted campaign of stonewall tactics to shield the President from the consequences of this bloodshed. This was a deliberate effort to create chaos to justify the restriction of the Second Amendment. Similarly, the Benghazi tragedy exposed a chilling indifference to American lives. For weeks, the administration circulated a debunked narrative about a YouTube video while four Americans were left to burn. This was a calculated deception intended to protect a campaign narrative of foreign policy success. The elite apparatchiks in the media dutifully laundered these lies for their patron.
The structural weaponization of the intelligence community began under his direct supervision. The use of the FISA court to spy on the Trump campaign via the fraudulent Steele Dossier is an act of high treason. Obama knew about the Clinton email server and the subsequent insurance policy managed by the FBI. The unmasking of Michael Flynn and the subsequent leaks to the press were illegal operations designed to cripple a transition of power. He turned the DOJ into an opposition research arm. Crossfire Hurricane was an insurrection conducted from within the Oval Office. This was the birth of the deep state as a formal entity.
The shipment of 1.7 billion dollars in unmarked cash pallets to Iran is a betrayal of Western security. This ransom funded the world’s leading state sponsor of terrorism while they held American hostages. While the administration ignored Hezbollah’s global cocaine trafficking network to secure a hollow nuclear deal, they allowed a terrorist organization to operate within our own borders. The secret side deals and lack of inspections in the Iran agreement represent a total surrender of strategic leverage. Obama’s feckless lead from behind strategy in Libya created the void necessary for the rise of the ISIS caliphate. He armed Syrian moderates who were effectively Al-Qaeda affiliates.
Domestic policy under Obama was characterized by regulatory terrorism. The IRS targeting of conservative 501(c)(3) groups was a direct assault on the democratic process. Lois Lerner’s decision to plead the Fifth Amendment confirmed the clandestine nature of this operation. Operation Choke Point weaponized the banking system to bankrupt legal gun shops and conservative businesses. The use of the EPA to destroy the coal industry was an act of economic warfare against the American worker. His administration used the NSA to collect metadata on every citizen, a program the courts eventually ruled illegal.
The Solyndra scandal and the billions shoveled into green energy scams like Fisker and Evergreen Solar were simple transfers of taxpayer wealth to political cronies. Obama’s "You didn't build that" rhetoric was an open attack on American entrepreneurship. The Cloward-Piven strategy was the underlying philosophy of his administration. He sought to overload the welfare system to force a socialist transformation. He even used the State Department to launder money for the Clinton Foundation, creating a pay to play system that compromised national interests.
He targeted the press with a ferocity that would make a dictator blush. Seizing the phone records of AP reporters and labeling Fox News journalists as criminal co-conspirators were clear violations of the First Amendment. He prosecuted more leakers than all other presidents combined to maintain a grip on the narrative. This was the most transparent administration only in its obvious contempt for the truth.
From the VA waitlist deaths to the extortion of Ukraine’s prosecutor to protect his Vice President’s son, his record is one of consistent criminality. He released five top Taliban commanders in exchange for a deserter, Bowe Bergdahl, knowing they would return to the battlefield. He gutted military readiness while China built military islands in the South China Sea. He ignored the reality of Hunter Biden’s laptop in 2016 because the truth was a threat to his legacy.
Barack Obama created the blueprint for the deep state abuses we endure today. He institutionalized the weaponization of government and used the judicial system to protect his allies while targeting his enemies. The only reason he remains free is the very machine he built. To preserve the republic, the architect of its decline must be held accountable in a court of law. We must demand a standard of justice that applies to the elites as much as it applies to the citizens they have betrayed. Prison is the only logical conclusion for a man who dismantled the rule of law to build a monument to his own ego.
