Supreme Court justice RESIGNS after ex-husband caught her sending 'inappropriate' texts to attorney

A Utah Supreme Court judge has resigned from the bench over claims from her ex-husband that she exchanged 'inappropriate text messages' with an attorney.

Diana Hagen stepped down on Friday amid affair allegations with a redistricting lawyer who was working on a case in front of the high court.

Tobin Hagen filed a complaint last year with the Judicial Conduct Commission, naming lawyer David Reymann as his ex-wife's alleged lover.

According to Tobin, texts between the pair began as 'silly' and soon became 'more suggestive.'

At the time, Reymann and Hagen denied any involvement with one another, per Fox13.
