Wonderful picture of Karoline smiling from ear to ear holding her precious newborn girl.  The WHCD was April 25 so she was at the time just days away from giving birth.  I am so glad that she and her baby were fine, it could have easily ended in a tragedy.

She's a cutie. I wonder what she weighed at birth. Sure, she's little but back in the 50's and 60's babies were much smaller. One of my brothers weighed a little under 5 lbs and was not a preemie. He was tiny!! I think babies are just bigger today.

Pretty wide range in the great grands. One of a pair of twins weighed just 1lb 10oz at birth (premie) others have weighed over 10 lbs.
