I found this show rather interesting, it’s called Supersize vs. Superskinny. Both people each week struggle to eat healthy, one with overeating the other with eating too little.
The doctor on the show counsels both of them showing them the damage their eating (or lack thereof) is causing to their bodies.
I watched most of the seasons, I think it’s on YouTube.
