My wife volunteers at a local charity pantry.

She says there is one "client" that drives up in a late model Lincoln Navigator, and she takes her box of staples un-apologetically.

All it takes is a W-2 and a license  to sign up.  Policy is set, nothing they can do about it.  And they best not, in fear of losing Food Bank access.
