The most important thing about the "manifesto" written by the shooter at the White House Correspondents Dinner who wanted to assassinate President Donald Trump and those associated with him is that he sounds pretty much like the typical Democrat nowadays who consider Trump to be an "existential threat" to our country. Hopefully at least a few Democrats will realize where their violent TDS rhetoric is leading (such as the THREE assassination attempts upon the President) and ask themselves "Are we the Baddies?"

That's not a "threat to Democracy," that's a "threat to the Republic."  We are not, nor were we ever meant to be a "Democracy!"  The Founders specifically rejected that system of government after having considered it.

Don't they teach that in Massachusetts High School Civics or History?

I was paraphrasing the language of the liberals.

I know that the United States of America is a Constitutional Federal Republic.  I learned that in Catholic school.

Public schools weren't teaching much in the 1970s and 1980s ... the good ol' days of Forced Busing, "Integration", and Social Promotions.  Back then, in public schools, functional literacy was not a requirement for graduation.

Nothing like aspiring to the mediocrity of the lowest common denominator to achieve "equity".
