Democrats now stand for both the idea that words = violence, AND that violence ≠ violence.

I used to believe that the ability to hold two opposing view points in one's mind simultaneously, was a sign of high intelligence.

Now I'm thinking more of a Clinical Schizophrenia thing.

Law enforcement fired five shots at scumbag and failed to hit, much less kill him.  Time to go back to the range and practice draw and rapid fire.  The failure surely cost America millions of dollars which years of prosecution, appeals, and incarceration will cost.

I read that too.  It was in the manifesto.  He doesn't say what size shot, just that he was not using slugs.

Cole Allen used a Mossberg Maverick 12-gauge pump-action shotgun in the White House Correspondents’ Dinner shooting.  The weapon was purchased from Turner's Outdoorsman in Torrance, California, in August 2025.

Additional details:

The Mossberg Maverick has a folding stock, making it easier to conceal, and was equipped with a pistol grip and extended magazine tube.
Authorities recovered the shotgun along with a Rock Island Armory 1911 .38 caliber pistol and knives during the incident. (ai)
