Rand Paul, of Kentucky, and Lisa Murkowski, of Alaska, were the lone GOP senators to vote against the budget resolution,

The House must approve the blueprint before the final funding bill for all of Homeland Security can be considered in a process known as budget reconciliation that allows passage of the legislation without any Democrat support.

It appears the vaunted across-the-aisle guy, John Fetterman voted with Schumer.  This is why I don't want him in the GOP...he would be like John McStain!
