Once the illegal criminal alien foreigners break the plane of the front line of the US Border without a valid visa, they have violated immigration LAW.
If visas no longer matter for entry into the US, couldn't we save precious taxpayer funds be shutting down the US Department of State? If entry visas are irrelevant, why do we need the bureaucracy and bureaucrats that are supposed to issue them?
