The bar attempts to run the country.

The Congress attempts to shirk their responsibilities.

That's because the congress is made up mostly of lawyers. More of them in congress than all other professions combined. How f'n stupid are we?

"So do I," said Gandalf, "and so do all who live to see such times. But that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given us."

I think the stupidity level on this thread was getting to facepalm levels again.

I’d be happy to have a discussion about what I think, but if I want to talk to myself there are better places to do so.

You've been pretty clear with your face palms...
I don’t owe tolerance to people who disagree with my existence.
I will NOT comply.

That's what you do when you have nothing left to say.

That’s what I do when no amount of reasoned argument will be accepted in lieu of ridiculous fantasies.

Case in point.

Point made.
Live in  harmony with one another; do not be haughty, but associate with the lowly, do not claim to be wiser than you are.  Do not repay anyone evil for evil, but take thought for what is noble in the sight of all.  If it is possible, so far as it depends on you, live peaceably with all.

Point me to one bad federal district judge who has actually been disciplined within the greater Judicial Branch in recent years?

  • Ah, the air is so much fresher here...
Yes, there was a legal mistake - the lower court made a mistake of law when it concluded that it had jurisdiction.

This sort of issue happens all the time, particularly in courts of more limited jurisdiction (like the Tax Court) and it arises out of precisely the sort of legal error the appellate system exists to fix.

Get a grip and stop bloviating.  You’re beginning to act like a progressive.

A competent judge does not make that kind of 'legal mistake'.

This isn't the only 'legal mistake' a circuit judge has made. Like the Minnesota judge that required Homan to report ICE's activities every day until she was slapped down in very clear terms that it was a major violation of seperation of powers. A competent judge doesn't make that kind of mistake.

Then there was Judge Boasberg himself that demanded that Trump go outslide US jursdiction and bring back deportees that he said were denied due process.

And there is at least one judge that defied the higher courts and tried to force Trump to do his bidding and I think is going for a third run.

And now there's a judge threatening the President with 'consequences' if he doesn't do her bidding.

Let's not forget the two judges that issue opposite rulings on the same case, and somehow both expected to be obeyed.

So please don't tell me that a judge trying to run the Iran war is out of the question. Crossing the lines of separation of powers has been done at least twice, there's little stretch to it happening in this case.
The Republic is lost.

When is personal hostility towards Trump going to stop?
If a political party does not have its foundation in the determination to advance a cause that is right and that is moral, then it is not a political party; it is merely a conspiracy to seize power.     -Dwight Eisenhower-

"The [U.S.] Constitution is a limitation on the government, not on private individuals ... it does not prescribe the conduct of private individuals, only the conduct of the government ... it is not a charter for government power, but a charter of the citizen's protection against the government."     -Ayn Rand-
