James Boasberg, a leftist judge who repeatedly has undermined President Trump
James Boasberg, a federal judge in Washington who has been one of the most active and aggressive members of the federal judiciary using his courtroom to oppose President Donald Trump's agenda, has done it again.

He's ruled against subpoenas from the Department of Justice for Federal Reserve chief Jerome Powell and other Fed information.

Boasberg, who was part and parcel of the FISA court scheme to spy on Trump and his associates, who wildly ordered jets carrying deported illegal alien criminals to be turned around mid-air and returned to the U.S., who ordered the president to go overseas and fetch back to America 100 already deported illegal alien criminals, claimed the investigation into the Fed was part of an agenda to provide lower interest rates for Americans.

President Donald Trump lambasted federal Judge James Boasberg in a Sunday night Truth Social post, accusing him of exhibiting bias against the GOP and his administration, and asserting that he should be yanked from working on any cases pertaining to them.

In the post, the president described Boasberg as "a Wacky, Nasty, Crooked, and totally Out of Control Judge … who suffers from the highest level of Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS), and has been ‘after’ my people, and me, for years."

"In case after case, Boasberg has displayed open, flagrant, and extreme partisan bias and contempt against Republicans and the Trump Administration," the president claimed.

"To preserve the integrity of the Judiciary, he should be removed from all cases pertaining to us, and suffer serious disciplinary action, as should numerous other Corrupt Judges that, unfortunately, our Country has had to endure!" the president said in the post.

The judicial branch seems to have discovered the most ineffectual part of the government in fighting crime are the boasberg types in black robes and republicans too timid to fight them. :judge:

It seems to me that this could be viewed as a coup attempt. These judges are not elected by the people, but are trying to run the country.

I posted this elsewhere, but will repeat here:

I'm of the opinion that ALL judges in the USA, regardless of position -- be it local, state, federal, even Supreme Court -- should be subject to public recall.

Impeachment alone is "too high a hurdle".
When a judge acts egregiously, and if enough of the citizens object, that judge ought to be "removable".

How many of you remember Rose Bird ...?
