She compared an end piece of Wonder Bread, with a full side of crust, to a fresh-baked one with only an outer rind. Yeah, no wonder it behaved differently. The crust increased the integrity of the Wonder Bread.

I don't know about you, but, Wonder Bread is not on my list of 'breads' to eat.  I like Pepperidge Farms Whole Grain Oatmeal.  Taste is decent, not many additives and sodium content per slice is relatively low in comparison to other breads.
