Republican Texas State Rep. Steve Toth called Democratic State Rep. James Talarico "evil" and said he was proof of "a demonic presence in the world" during a Wednesday interview.

Toth's remarks came after he defeated Republican Texas Rep. Dan Crenshaw in his bid for a fifth term in the House in Tuesday's primary. Toth said on "The Charlie Kirk Show" that he had served with Talarico for years in the Texas state House and accused him of being part of a coalition of Democrats who blocked his legislation on election integrity and protecting children.

"When I put forth legislation to secure our elections, it gets killed by the Democrats. When I put forth legislation to end the social transition of children, it gets killed by the Democrats," Toth said. "It's evil. Talarico is part of that group. I served with James Talarico from 2019 through to today. This guy is as evil as they come."

"There is a darkness to this man's life … if you doubt that there is a wickedness and an evil and a demonic presence in the world, you only have to look at James Talarico," he added. "He's an awful, awful person. Awful person."

I have already pinned him TaliRICO.  Done a bit of reseach, and I think a good starting point for the GOP is with his NGO work with Gates Foundation.

Wiki...

In 2011, Talarico joined Teach For America, teaching sixth-grade English language arts at Rhodes Middle School on the west side of San Antonio.[15][16] After two years of teaching, he became the Central Texas executive director for Reasoning Mind, a Texas nonprofit focusing on bringing technology to low-income classrooms.[17]

Reasoning Mind wiki?-

The program has been endorsed by the Philanthropy Roundtable, and Reasoning Mind's teacher professional development was praised by the National Council on Teacher Quality.[3][4] In December 2008, the Academy of Medicine, Engineering and Science of Texas included Reasoning Mind in a list of ten "programs that get an A+."[5]

Reasoning Mind is primarily funded by philanthropy. Major supporters include the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the Houston Endowment, the Michael and Susan Dell Foundation, and the ExxonMobil Foundation.[6] The program is also funded by a grant from the Texas Education Agency.[7]

This guy might not have been as vetted as we thought by dnc.  With a portfolio of seminary, education, and activism, this probably going to be easy to expose wrong doing.  Soon I will start a file on this guy, and sticky Pin it on the Texas section of this forum.  ExxonMobil you might surmise.  Let's not forget a couple of activist hijacked a couple of board seats recently.  Lot's to look at.

What's wrong with telling the truth about him? He is as lefty/evil as they come. I live in his Texas House district, I've heard his statements in the media for years. Opposition research on him ought to be easy for any competent campaign.

You live there?  Excellent.

I started and sticky'ed a thread and spent the past 3 hrs, on Newspapers, Campaign Finance, and personal net worth.  Nada so far.

I do know he is neck deep in lefty NGO stuff, so I am thinking if there is a weakness. it will be there.  Keeping him out of DC next January might be the difference of holding the Senate.  Pls help if you can.....

Nothing! Absolutely nothing is wrong with telling the truth about ANY candidate.

I'll do a WAG, and say that uber-lefty's and NGO's in concert have a 95% chance of corruption.

I think that that might be the tree we need to bark up.

I don't know about his involvement in NGOs, if there is any. As for his statements, people are already finding them:

Live in  harmony with one another; do not be haughty, but associate with the lowly, do not claim to be wiser than you are.  Do not repay anyone evil for evil, but take thought for what is noble in the sight of all.  If it is possible, so far as it depends on you, live peaceably with all.

Thanks, there's at least 10-12 killer campaign ads out of that alone.  That nails the cultural part of the equation.   Now, we just need to parse up some malfeasance, grift, graft, or wrongdoing, to trump his "Reverend Card"

Talarico’s Tweets

Talarico: “Our trans community needs abortion care too.”

Talarico: “Jesus Christ himself was a radical feminist.”

Talarico: “God is non-binary.”

Talarico: “Modern science recognises that there are many more than two biological sexes. In fact there are six.”

He was also the “first in history” to add pronouns to his state capitol business cards.

He got a Fauci action figure for Christmas.

Was he the first to coin the term “multi-gender democracy”?

Then there were the tweets…

James Talarico, X (2021): “Radicalized white men are the greatest domestic terrorist threat in our country.”

James Talarico, X (2021): “Over and over Christians used scripture to justify bullying trans kids.”

James Talarico, X (2020): “White skin gives me and every white American immunity from the virus. But we spread it wherever we go—through our words, our actions, and our systems.”

However, one viral clip has cut out the full quote: “Our southern border should be like our front porch. There should be a giant welcome mat out front and a lock on the door.”

@Ghost Bear

Would y'all mind if I cut/paste these to the Talairico sticky'ed thread in the TX section?

I am trying to consolidate our fight with him, with a one-stop shop for details on the guy.
