That was my meaning and the insult to the Mullahcrats was intended. A sounder often has one or a few older and experienced members, often a sow, that is like the leader and gives early warnings A/R for the sounder. Pakistan is not hostile to Iran, but they do have there localized spats in the Balochstan region where separatists cause problems.

Because the top level of Government does not harbor open hostility towards Iran doesn't mean there aren't elements in the Pakistan Government, aligned with the (Sunni) Taliban, who are hostile to Shi'a Islam.
