America just cost China a major supplier of oil and a major ballistic missile purchaser.

A cessation of Iranian oil shipments to China will hurt their economy and their military.

It was an embargo on American oil that led the Japanese to attack Pearl Harbor and to invade Malaysia and Indonesia for oil.  Pacific command needs to keep an eye on Taiwan, the East China Sea, and the South China Sea for Chi-com naval movements.

The Chi-coms could follow the same Pacific playbook that the Japanese used in 1941/1942 to secure raw materials.

If anything the Chi-coms would attack the US, and its allies, electronically and economically to destabilize and weaken West.

... look for any road, railroad, pipe, powerlines, goat path, heat plume, pizza delivery, etc., that goes into a mountainside, and bomb the entrance to rubble.

It looks like the Iranians have hidden their ballistic missiles and launchers underground.  If you can't blow them up in the tunnels, destroy the entrance to the tunnels so they can't bring the launchers to the surface to launch them.

Vladimir Putin has shamelessly condemned the killing of Ayatollah Ali Khamenei as a 'cynical violation' of 'international law', as the 'axis of evil' comes together in a chorus of condemnation.

The Russian dictator said the joint US-Israeli strikes on the Supreme Leader's home in Tehran on Saturday - which also killed his daughter, grandchild, daughter-in-law and son-in-law - lacked 'human morality'.

In a note to Iranian president Masoud Pezeshkian, Putin said: 'Please accept my deep condolences in connection with the murder of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Seyed Ali Khamenei, and members of his family, committed in cynical violation of all norms of human morality and international law.'

His comments on Sunday came just days after the fourth anniversary of Russia's invasion of Ukraine in February 2022.

Putin was joined by other leaders of the so-called axis of evil in condemning Khamenei's killing - as China and North Korea linked arms with Russia. 

China 'strongly condemns' the US-Israeli joint operation and called again for a halt to military actions.

Beijing's foreign ministry said the killing was 'a serious violation of Iran's sovereignty and security, a trampling on the aims and principles of the UN Charter and the basic norms of international relations'.

'China firmly opposes and strongly condemns this', it added, calling for an 'immediate halting of military operations'.

Trump admits 'we expect casualties' in Iran attacks, argues it will be 'a great deal' despite losses

President Donald Trump that U.S. forces "expect" to take some casualties amid the joint U.S.-Israeli assault on Iran on Sunday.

Trump made the statement during an interview with NBC News, addressing the three U.S. service members who were confirmed to be killed in action amid Operation Epic Fury.

“We expect casualties with something like this. We have three, but we expect casualties — but in the end it’s going to be a great deal for the world,” Trump said.

U.S. Central Command says five more servicemembers were "seriously injured" amid Iranian retaliation.

“There are many outcomes that are good," Trump added on the operation so far. "Number one is decapitating them, getting rid of their whole group of killers and thugs. And there are many, many outcomes. We could do the short version or the longer version.”

The Senate needs to vote immediately on Tim Kaine’s War Powers Resolution. I’m voting yes, because it’s clear that Trump has no plan to avoid escalation into a wider conflict that puts more servicemembers in harm’s way.

President Donald Trump that U.S. forces "expect" to take some casualties amid the joint U.S.-Israeli assault on Iran on Sunday.

Trump made the statement during an interview with NBC News, addressing the three U.S. servicemembers who were confirmed to be killed in action amid Operation Epic Fury.

“We expect casualties with something like this. We have three, but we expect casualties — but in the end it’s going to be a great deal for the world,” Trump said.

U.S. Central Command says five more servicemembers were "seriously injured" amid Iranian retaliation.

“There are many outcomes that are good," Trump added on the operation so far. "Number one is decapitating them, getting rid of their whole group of killers and thugs. And there are many, many outcomes. We could do the short version or the longer version.”
