None of that matters if the people are not ready to sustain it.

This part is the best of the series, you question whether the culture of Cuba has survived the corruption and misrule of the time spent under the Castros.  I can't begin to answer that...I've lived my whole life in the US.  I hope folks in Cuba do better than the Soviet Union/Russian Federation, where corruption moved quickly to fill the vacuum created by the collapse of the Soviet.

I am hoping for the best!
