Hey! Do y'all have woods in Indiana?
If they moved to East St. Louis, both Illinois and St Louis could have a football team.
No would dare attend the games there, however, if they valued their lives.
East St Louis...we lived in Belleville after my dad died...to get to St Louis you had to drive through ESTL...NEVER EVER did we do a full stop at a stop sign...lolNow there is a bypass over ESTL so you never have to go through it..lol
STL along riverfront , to Busch Stadium is as dangerous as all get out. The team has a winner this year, and still half the stands are empty. That says alot about this baseball town, and the state of safety there.
The Indianapolis Bears? The Gary Bears? It's just so wrong...
People rip on Robert Irsay for moving the Colts to Indy in the middle of the night. What many don't know is the reason why. He was embroiled in a dispute with Maryland authorities and they threatened to take the team by eminent domain. That was the only way to protect his interests. Maryland authorities still don't understand why he left. Same thing is happening with the Bears. They got tired of getting screwed and mayor an others don't "get it" until the moving vans pull up. I'm waiting for them to pull the "eminent domain" card to try to keep the Bears.https://www.forbes.com/sites/instituteforjustice/2014/03/28/thirty-years-ago-baltimore-tried-to-use-eminent-domain-to-seize-an-nfl-team/
I really don't care. The Raiders belong in Oakland. The Colts belong in Baltimore, The Chiefs belong in KC, and the Bears belong in Chicago...It's a friggin game. It's there for the fans. Not the Players, not the promoters, not the owners, not anything else. Generational fans, btw.. whole families that have been rooting for THEIR team since Hector was a pup - Then fat-pockets on one side or another start messin with it and phukk it all up.Makes the whole dang show not worth the time of day. 🤬
