Probably, but there is no chance of them reaching us without incredible technology.  Light speed is 671 million miles per hour.  The nearest star system is 4 light years away, with a bunch of dwarf stars beyond that.  The center of our galaxy is 26,000 light years away.  Andromeda is 2.5 million light years.
